2010 HOA assessment coupons have been mailed. **PLEASE contact us if you do not have a coupon book or invoice.** Dues for the 1st half of 2010 will be due no later than January 15, and late beginning January 16. Dues are $232.92. The payment mailing address for checks and online billpay is at the Plateau website. Please contact Assessments email at Plateau for all Assessment questions. Help the HOA stay funded by paying your dues on time. Note that all delinquent accounts will have their pool privileges suspended.

A VBC resident found a 3-4 foot rattlesnake all coiled up in her garage. She called animal control. They said they haven’t gotten calls for rattlesnakes before in the neighborhood.
She said the snake was very lethargic, and she wanted to warn other neighbors, as she was surprised to see that in her garage, and wants everyone to be aware.
Editor’s Note: A rattlesnake appeared in our garage last August. I didn’t call Animal Control then because I killed it. I don’t recommend trying to do the same thing!
