Pool Closed for Season

To clarify the recent letter that went out to the Villages, the pool is being closed for the season effective October 9. It is not being closed for good.

If we receive any more updates from Plateau Property Management, we will post them here.

Welcome to VBCHOA.com

Usually, in this spot, you’ll find news about upcoming, neighborhood related events. To the right, you’ll find continuously updated news feeds pulled from the City of Georgetown’s website and the Williamson County section of the Austin American Statesman’s website. Farther to the right, there is a calendar of events and links to helpful places in Georgetown.

On the menu bar, you’ll see Home, Directory, Newsletters, Documents, and Forum. These may be self-explanatory, but if not, here’s help: Home always takes you to the front page. Directory is a password protected page that will list neighborhood directory information if desired (This page may be subsumed into another section). Newsletters contains PDF files of the archives of the VBCHOA newsletter. Documents contains any pertinent Villages of Berry Creek HOA forms that may need to be accessed at any time.

Finally, Forum is a registered-user only discussion board for the Villages of Berry Creek. Only your fellow neighbors in the Villages will be allowed access, verified by address. Topics are open. You may begin your own topic, reply to others’, start and vote in polls, and even send personal messages to individual users. Have something to sell? Need a pet looked after? Want to publicize your small business? Questions for the HOA? Publish it on the forum and see if the need can be met. The forum will be monitored to ensure commonsense and decency remain its modus operandi.

To begin using the forum, click to the Forum, then click Register in the upper right corner. You will be asked a series of questions, only a few of which will be required (and marked with an asterisk). Upon completion of the form, you will be sent a verification email containing a link that you must click to enable your registration. Once verified, you can start or join in the conversation.

This website is for you. Should you have any suggestions, do not hesitate to email admin {at} vbchoa(.)com or leave a message on the forum.
